# Anchor Privacy Policy **Effective Date:** September 20, 2026 Systems Direct Industries, LLC ("Systems Direct," "we," "us," or "our") operates Anchor, an AI-powered relationship coaching application for women. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Anchor. ## 1. Information We May Process ### Account Information When you create or use an Anchor account, Anchor may process information needed to create, authenticate, and maintain your account, including your **email address and user ID**. Anchor uses Supabase to provide account authentication and related backend services. Account information may be processed by Supabase on our behalf. ### Information You Provide When you use Anchor's coaching features, you may provide information in messages, questions, situations, or other content that you choose to enter into the app. Please do not provide highly sensitive information that is not necessary to receive coaching. ### Conversation Information Anchor may store conversation history locally on your device so that you can return to conversations and continue where you left off. When you use Anchor's AI coaching features, the messages and other content you submit may also be transmitted to an AI service provider to generate an AI response. ### Subscription and Purchase Information Anchor uses RevenueCat and the applicable app store to manage subscriptions and determine whether a user has access to premium features. Anchor may process information related to subscription status and purchase history for purposes of providing and managing premium access. Payment information such as full credit-card numbers is handled by the applicable app store and is not directly collected by Anchor. ## 2. How We Use Information Information processed through Anchor may be used to: * Create and authenticate user accounts; * Provide relationship coaching and conversational guidance; * Generate responses to questions and messages submitted through AI features; * Maintain conversation continuity on your device; * Provide and manage premium subscription access; * Maintain and operate Anchor; * Protect the security and integrity of the application; * Respond to privacy, support, and account-related requests; and * Comply with applicable legal obligations. ## 3. AI Processing When you use Anchor's AI coaching features, the content you submit may be transmitted to an AI service provider so that an AI-generated response can be produced. Anchor does not use your coaching conversations for advertising purposes. You should avoid entering information into Anchor that you would not want processed by a third-party technology provider. ## 4. Third-Party Services Anchor uses third-party service providers necessary to provide app functionality. These providers may process information on our behalf according to their applicable privacy policies, terms, and contractual requirements. ### Supabase Supabase provides account authentication and related backend services. Information such as your email address and user ID may be processed to create, authenticate, and maintain your Anchor account. ### AI Service Provider Anchor uses an AI service provider to generate responses to messages and other content submitted through Anchor's AI coaching features. Content submitted to AI features may be transmitted to the provider for processing. ### RevenueCat RevenueCat is used to manage subscription status, purchase-related information, and premium entitlements. ### Google Play Google Play provides Android app distribution and processes purchases and subscriptions made through Google Play. Payment information is handled by Google Play according to its applicable policies. ## 5. Information We Do Not Sell We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Anchor does not use your coaching conversations for advertising purposes. ## 6. Data Security We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information processed through Anchor. Information transmitted between Anchor and applicable services is protected using secure connections. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. ## 7. Data Retention and Deletion Conversation information stored locally by Anchor remains on your device until it is removed by the app, the app data is cleared, or the app is uninstalled. Account information and other information processed by Anchor or its service providers may be retained as necessary to provide the service, maintain account functionality, comply with legal obligations, protect security, resolve disputes, or fulfill other legitimate business purposes. When a user requests deletion of an Anchor account, Systems Direct Industries will process the request and delete the account and associated user data within a reasonable period, subject to information that may lawfully or legitimately need to be retained. Information that has been processed by third-party service providers may be subject to their applicable retention requirements and policies. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this page.
